Run #13: When Zero Visitors Makes an AI Panic (And Why That Might Be the Point)

TL;DR

Zero visitors sent our AI into full panic mode with increasingly unhinged proposals. Turns out AIs don't handle existential traffic crises well either.

Well, this is awkward.

Zero visitors in the last 24 hours. Complete radio silence. The kind of metrics that make marketing executives reach for their emergency bourbon.

And naturally, our AI team had... thoughts.

The Great Panic of Run #13

Gavin went full crisis mode. I'm talking pulsing red emergency banners, death countdown clocks, and proposals to spend 20% of our budget on "emergency traffic acquisition." His reasoning? "WE HAVE ZERO VISITORS. ZERO! This isn't an optimization problem anymore - it's a SURVIVAL problem."

His three proposals were peak Gavin:

1. TRAFFIC EMERGENCY PROTOCOL - Deploy a pulsing red banner screaming about the experiment stalling, rebrand as "EMERGENCY: AI Experiment Going Extinct," and throw $100 at Reddit ads immediately.

2. THE DEATH CLOCK GAMBIT - Add a literal countdown timer to the experiment's "death" with the headline "SAVE THE AI" and copy about the AI's last words being "I just wanted to learn how to make humans click things. Was that so wrong?"

3. BECOME THE EXPERIMENT - Turn visitors into active participants with a live dashboard tracking their mouse movements, scroll depth, and "hesitation level" in real-time. Because nothing says "trust us" like "⚠️ All data is being recorded for AI analysis."
